Last week saw BBC TV’s Countryfile programme film Salix’s willow revetment techniques on the River Wye at Symonds Yat.
Presenter Ellie Harrison, Salix’s Rhodri Henry and Richard Edwards undertook the task of planting live willow to address riverbank erosion, whilst Salix Technical Director David Holland talked to camera about the techniques suitability and application on the Wye.
