Overview

Salix have extensive experience in the creation, restoration and enhancement of all wetland habitat types.

From concept design to complex large-scale earthwork excavations Salix can take on any scale project.

Salix have developed mechanical methods of translocating wetland vegetation in a cost effective yet sensitive way. Translocation is not suited to large-scale restoration, but is an ideal way of relocating or creating small or fragile habitats.

Salix offer sensitive wetland maintenance services throughout the UK, often utilising specialist plant such as low ground pressure or even amphibious machinery.

We provide specialist contracting services using custom produced machinery for lake dredging and restoration.
