The V-Max range of products are the only erosion control geomats designed to reinforce grass and allow vegetation to be used in aggressive slope and hydraulic applications. allow vegetation to be used in areas where flow conditions exceed the limits of natural vegetation, including projects where rock riprap and concrete channels have commonly been specified. Product Testing

All NAG products are extensively tested by independent research organisations

		Spillway Flume Testing of NAG VMAX Products, Colorado State University. CIRIA 116 “Design of Reinforced Grass Waterways” tested various erosion control products to ascertain performance values under flowing water conditions. Using similar but updated and modified testing procedures the Colorado testing demonstrated the extremely high performance of the V-Max range of products and proved that Vmax reinforced grass can withstand flow velocities in excess of 7m/s

Salix stock and apply the HydraCX for slope erosion control and rapid vegetation establishment. Unlike basic hydroseeding the HydraCX is also an erosion control solution (as apposed to just a vegetation establishment method) and provides similar levels of erosion control to a biodegradable blanket or net.
