Fascine Soil Fence
The Salix Fascine Soil Fence is a system to secure a depth of topsoil on an engineered steep slope. The Fascine lines are fixed to the slope along the contour, typically using 200mm or 300mm diameter faggot bundles. The distance between the lines is often 1.5 metres apart, but the distances are determined site by site.
